Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

All products from Thea Jewels undergo multiple  quality checks before being dispatched. They are safely packed in our brand’s sturdy packaging boxes and secured with fillers. 

To make a return or exchange, you need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. 

Return and Exchanges will be accepted only if 

  • Order was damaged in transit
  • Order item is incorrect 

For the above reasons, 

  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging.
  • We request a full unboxing video without cuts and pauses for the same.

Placing a return request 

  • Returns have to be notified via email within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Mention your Order ID, Reason for return, Address for reverse pick-up and upload a full unboxing video of the package. 

Return and Exchange Approval

Once we receive your request, our team would update you on whether the product is approved for return and exchange

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes, we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product is not in stock, we will give a coupon code for the exact amount of purchase which can be redeemed on the website on your upcoming orders. 

Reverse Pick-up (India) 

Once the product is approved for return, we will schedule a reverse pick-up.

In case, if your location is not accessible for reverse pickup, we recommend you to send us directly via available courier services and the standard shipping charge (based on the location) will be provided as a gift coupon which can be redeemed in your upcoming orders. 

Dispatch

Once we receive the damaged/incorrect product, we will dispatch the new product. 

We do not accept return/exchange for the following reasons,

  • If the jewelry doesn’t suit your liking 
  • If the jewelry is too heavy or big to wear
  • If the size of the jewelry is not what you expected
  • If the earring stems are bent. They can be easily fixed by hand. Sometimes they are purposefully bent to avoid any transit damage. 
  • At very rare circumstances, the stones or beads would have fallen which can be easily fixed with fabric glue. We will guide you through the same. 
  • We make sure to present the natural tone and finish of the jewelry in our product photography pictures. But however, due to monitor/screen/system settings, there could be slight variations in the color tone. 

The following does not qualify for refunds

  • Package refused by recipient 
  • Products that have been used or in damaged condition
  • Incorrect delivery address
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the delivery agent 

International Orders 

We do not have return options for International orders. Please be assured that our products are quality checked multiple times and safely packaged in our brand’s sturdy packaging boxes, secured with fillers. We are extremely responsible with our packaging. We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any and will differ from time to time based on the situations. 

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed, it can be neither canceled nor altered. 

If any one or more of the ordered products cannot be processed by us for some unavoidable reasons, the buyer can either opt for canceling the order and the order amount will be refunded or given as a gift coupon (which can be redeemed in the upcoming orders) as per the buyer’s choice.
